Almeria centre was finished in 2008. With its gross measured area of 66.000 m² it represents one of the biggest investments in building construction in the Republic of Croatia. Almeria Centre constitutes four major office buildings: Building A, Building B, Building C and Building D.

In Almeria Centre there are two conference halls that can be rented during the day. Both halls can be arranged according to the purpose for which they are rented, ranging from spaces such as classical cinema, classroom, round table and gala reception to completely empty spaces, used for bigger or smaller conferences.

• The big hall has a capacity of over 200 seats, all necessary multimedia equipment (video projection system, sound system, Wi-Fi) and multifunctional furniture (removable chairs and a stage). The hall is situated on the Centre’s ground floor, it has a direct entrance from the parking area and is therefore ideal for the organisation of big conferences. In front of the hall there is a VIP foyer which can be used for coffee breaks and different kinds of receptions due to its connection to the coffee bar.
• The small hall has the capacity of 50 seats and is situated on the first floor of the building. Next to the hall there is a VIP foyer that can be used for catering. It can be arranged as a classroom, a cinema or a meeting room. The hall is fully equipped with multimedia equipment.

Parking

Almeria Centre has 700 parking spaces on its disposal, out of which 40 are public parking spaces and the rest is a private parking area that can be rented together with the business premises.

Parking fee in the public parking area is paid per hour, whereas the first 15 minutes are free of charge.

Private parking places are situated mostly on two underground floor levels and partly on the ground floor. They are equipped with video surveillance and empty parking space signalisation system, a sprinkler fire alarm system and a toxic gas protection system. There is a car wash situated at the entrance to the floor level -2. The garage is accessible by elevators or stairs from each building of the Centre.
